Porsche has announced details of the new 911 GTS RS, due in Australia late 2018.
The car will have the most powerful naturally aspirated engine for a production 911. The 4.0L flat six produces 383kW and 470Nm. The car completes the 0 to 100 km/h sprint in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 312 km/h. Only a seven speed PDK automatic transmission is offered. To get the power to the road or track the 911 GTS RS comes with 20 inch wheels upfront and 21 inch wheels at the back. The suspension is rose jointed to produce a more precise feeling than the traditional elasto-kinematic bearings.
More details will be available later this year.
